  • The Federal Register Notice below provides background information and instructions for submitting public comment on a West Coast Shallow-set Longline Exempted Fishing Permit (EFP) application submitted to NMFS by Peter Dupuy. The public comment period will remain open through May 28, 2008. The EFP application with recommended Terms and Conditions was approved by the Pacific Fishery Manangement Council at its regularly scheduled April 2008 meeting and has been transmitted to NMFS for initiation of procedural review and approval if warranted. - 04/25/08
